Paid through Paypal without receiving the download link

For some unknown reason, sometimes Paypal will fail to return to our checkout page where you can download the file.

If this happens to you, contact us through the email: sales at 3dtime.com. Let us know the name of the style or/and style package. We will send you the download link through email.

Our Paypal payment method is set up for people who do not have a credit card. If you use a Paypal payment method that cannot be approved (cleared) instantly, you will not be able to receive the download link, and you have to contact us to request the download link through email.

If you use creadit card to order, you can place the order directly without going through Paypal. Paypal is not always reliable. You should have received the download link in your checkout page. But somtimes Paypal will fail to return to our on-line store from their side
