Missing some templates

Hi,

I purchased some templates some time ago and paid thru PayPal. (as I have with all of them) I lost my computer and even though I had the downloads saved I'm missing several and they are not listed in my account. I have sent several emails thru support even with the PayPal transacation numbers and dates. I have yet to have anyone respond to me.

What do I have to do to get the response? I want t buy more but won't until I get this taken care of.
