General Policy for Instant Download Products
Once you purchased the download product, the download key or link will be sent to you
immediately. You have 7 days before the download link expires, and you can download the
purchased link for up to 10 times.
Order cancellation policy for Instant Download Products
In the case of instant download products, the right to cancel the order is terminated
as soon as you are sent the key or the download link.
Order cancellation policy for Package Products
You are entitled to cancel your order within two (2) weeks by letter, fax, or e-mail,
or by returning the product that is the subject of the purchase agreement.
This period begins as soon as you receive shipment of the products ordered.
Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled if you have broken the seal or opened
the packaging of the product. Returns are only permitted if the products are
shipped back and if the products are complete and still in their original packaging.
You as the buyer must bear the cost of the return.
